last night I missed Race no2 of the Shoe Clinic Asics 5Km series here in Christchurch, I was gutted not to make it as I had to work thankfully this morning just before 4am I got my chance to complete my own 5km race, it was very peaceful running then and I am really stoked as I beat my time from last week.

Anyway back at work now, not long to go until my relief comes in yay
